On minute you’re on top of your world……
The next minute you’re upside down, hanging on for dear life.
You work hard, give it everything you’ve got,
Except for when you’re hiding.
Take heart, be strong, keep going.
Others are watching.
Climb on, my friend.
Ups and downs are all part of this beautiful journey.
At the end, though,
You’ll finish on top.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.
